This package adds Thursday from 2pm-6pm to your Friday rental.
Decorate and have a guaranteed rehearsal on Thursday.
If you add Thursday to a Friday rental you’re getting two days for the same investment as a Saturday.

This package adds Friday from 2pm-6pm to your Saturday rental.
Decorate and have a guaranteed rehearsal on Friday.
Allows you to slow down and savor the weekend by providing 4 hours of setup and rehearsal time on the Friday before your big day.

We require a $1 million event insurance policy with Aspen & Alston listed as the additional insured.
Approximate cost is $250.
Ohio requires sales tax to be collected in addition to the venue rental.
Aspen & Alston has no hidden fees.
Linens are the only items not included in the rental fee. Our tables do require linens. The cost of standard colored linens through Aspen & Alston is $600. You do not have to get linens through us.
